Due to rising cost and expenses generated by students who register for our courses and do not attend, it has become necessary to institute the following policy: In order to qualify for a refund, students (or their employers) must cancel no less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course. Cancellations must be received via e-mail (mcief@mcief.org). A confirmation of receipt must be obtained. Refunds are subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
